Relevelling the house involves adjusting the foundation of the house to restore its horizontal position.
This is necessary when the foundation of your home has subsided, shifted, or otherwise suffered damage, resulting in uneven floors, cracks in walls and ceilings, or other structural problems.
Restumping completely replaces existing stumps that have settled with new concrete stumps. If your house is already on concrete stumps, we can relevel your house by packing off the existing concrete stumps to the required level.
